MEET THE TEAM

Denton graduated from The University of Georgia and has been practicing law for over 40 years. He specializes in real estate law, and considers developing friendships with his clients the most rewarding part of his work. He loves helping first-time home buyers and his expertise in the field makes him a valuable resource to any client. Outside of his legal work, Denton is a dedicated runner, and is heavily involved with The Rotary Club of Forsyth County. On Saturdays in the fall, you can find him in Athens cheering on his Bulldogs.

Caroline came to work for her dad in the spring of 2016. What began as something temporary turned into a long-term career change when she realized she loves the real estate business. From 2022 through 2025, Caroline attended Georgia State University College of Law in the evenings. She graduated in December of 2025, and passed the Georgia Bar Examination in February 2026. She now joins Denton as a partner in the firm. Caroline also graduated from the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degrees and inherited Denton's love of Georgia football. 

TEDDY

Although the love of the Bulldogs runs deep in this family, the personal pups still rank number one. Teddy has been coming to the office with Caroline since he was a puppy. He acts as the office mascot, and is certain that anyone who stops in is only there to see him.
